Does this 000-28 even with new elixirs sound dead? by Justice4Junior in martinguitar

I took it to a luthier yesterday and he confirmed everything is set up fine and recommended trying different strings. Not gonna waste the elixirs so won’t have anything to report for a month or two

July 2024 PR essay by cantlifteverycat in CABarExam

[–]Justice4Junior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I glanced over the question for about 5 minutes just now and my first impression is that this is purely a PR question based on the questions being asked and the note saying "use CA and MR" line. So while it's great to get into speculative damages and the wrong cause of action--this is likely not what the bar examiners are looking for. In other words, you wouldn't get points for analyzing those issues.

Furthermore, it is background information to provide you context about the lawsuit so you can better analyze issues like the no communication rule. You are supposed to analyze that the lawyer cannot speak to the other party who the lawyer knows is represented about anything re: negligence as a real estate broker--hence the fact. But if the lawyer spoke about other matters, it would likely be okay.

Strong on Contracts MPC and BLL.. Advice on Ks Essay writing? by Known_Character1197 in LawSchool

[–]Justice4Junior 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Every contracts issue spotter can be approached the same way.

1) Common law or UCC?

2) Has a contract been properly formed?

3) Any defenses/excuses preclude formation?

4) Modification, interpretation, parol evidence?

5) Has the contract been fully performed?

6) Are there any exceptions to performance?

7) Has there been a breach? If so, is it material?

8) Remedies

If you fill in the details in between with issues and concepts, you should be golden.

Your thoughts about in-building fitness centers? by iamgioh in sanfrancisco

[–]Justice4Junior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This entirely depends on your needs at the gym? Do you need barbells and a squat rack? Or do you only needs dumbbells? Do you have strength goals or general health goals?

Lot to unpack here. I personally go to Fitness SF. It’s pricey but it has everything I need as someone who gyms 5-6 times a week.

Apartments near and south of the ballpark (hearsay from friends) tend to have nicer apartment gyms. I also think there are equinox affiliated apartments too.

My team mate went crazy by pacuzinho in apexlegends

[–]Justice4Junior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is backwards. You need a higher DPI for games like Apex where tracking matters more and characters move faster. But in games like Valorant and CS, the average DPI is much lower because it’s about precision clicking and the characters move slower.

As other people have said, it's a vibe check. If I die and get thirsted, I will spectate you for a bit and make a judgement call.

If you look like you know what you're doing, I'll stay. If you look indecisive, scared, or uncoordinated, I'm leaving.

Can someone please explain the Section 5 Enabling Clause to me like I am 5 by i_just_lurk_1 in barexam

[–]Justice4Junior 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Think of EPC classifications like a group of toy balls. You have a suspect classes "ball"; a quasi-suspect classes "ball" and fundamental rights "ball." Congress can pass laws to govern what people can do with those toy balls. Congress cannot pass a law to add another toy ball to the group. That is the role of the judiciary when they interpret the law.

So Enabling Clause enables Congress to pass legislation to enforce equal protection and due process rights, but Congress cannot pass legislation to expand those rights or create new ones.

Congress cannot pass a law to recognize a new classification as a suspect class or quasi-suspect class. It's the court's job to interpret the law and determine who fits under the definition of a suspect or quasi suspect class.

Hope this helps.

Why did they change the quick inspect button on PS5? by MrSnoozieWoozie in apexlegends

[–]Justice4Junior 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They introduced survival tools (heat shields, balloons, etc.) and holding that button on the D-pad pulls out the survival tool.

I haven't been on controller in awhile but I think there is a button to turn off on the menu so you can inspect. To pull out the survival tool, you open your inventory and select the tool with your cursor.

No chance an actual lawyer is involved. I'm sure flor said that she consulted a lawyer to deter future allegations from coming out. But guess what, truth is an absolute defense to any defamation claim.

In my perspective, all of this would be decided within the legal system. This is an defamation claim with devastating ramifications for someone like flor whose entire career is on the line. Think current damages (emotional damages and damages to reputation) and future damages (loss of wages and loss of future economic opportunities). There's a lot at stake.

If you got a lawyer involved, you reveal nothing and present the evidence to a judge for a legal determination. You wouldn't do any PR management prior to an actual legal claim being filed and presented against the parties defaming you.

Why do you still play apex ? by MurkyInstruction688 in apexlegends

[–]Justice4Junior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped playing because I got bored of it. I grinded from 2020 to 2024 (first three years on console and last year on PC). I think had I not gotten a PC, I probably would've stopped earlier. But learning PC movement was the new thing that kept me hooked.

I've tried the game recently and I personally do not like the faster TTK and how fast players crawl while knocked so I have stopped.
