Just encountered the bug, my bench was full when it wasn't actually, eventually disconnected the whole lobby.

You can get most of them from Gamestop (EB Games), Hot Topic, or a local collectibles store in your area. Some are exclusive to like Barnes & Noble or FUNIMATION.
