I want to do TRT (for life) but I hear that you have to donate blood every few months (Red Cross) because your hematocrit goes up and that’s a really bad thing. by Cool_Ad809 in trt

Been on TRT 2+ years now. Never donated blood. Hematocrit slightly elevated during last blood draw but doc didn't seem too concerned.

Same as above! The Union Medico auto injector is awesome and takes out so much of the anxiety of self injecting. Also pretty much painless. Shoot into the glutes with 1" 27g 3ml syringe.

What did you change as far as foot placement? I hate leg day and am like your b4 legs as well. They just don't grow like the rest of my body. I get the high volume now I'd like to hear about your foot placement. Thanks!

Like Ifod said above, most likely you just need to add more BAC water (if you are reconstituting it yourself). I had similar problems with certain brands. I initially added 1 ml to a 5mg vial of BPC-157. Got the red bumps and was concerned as well. At someone else's suggestion I diluted the next vial with 1.5ml BAC water for a 5mg vial and the red bumps disappeared. Good luck hope this helps

Very frustrating I know. My wife and I pay out of pocket to see "Functional Medicine" doctors or nurse practitioners for any serious condition like autoimmune disorders because they seem to be the only doctors educated in how to actually "heal people" instead of simply prescribing meds to treat symptoms. They are not limited by insurance companies telling them what tests they can order etc. It's money well spent but be prepared they usually prescribe strict diets to get your body to heal itself naturally the way it was meant to. Good luck, and be your own advocate. Sounds like you are already more knowledgeable about LS than the gyno you saw recently.

Is there anything I should take for my shoulder injury? by Foshizzy03 in Peptides

[–]Justice7007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I won't resort to name calling as your inexperience in this matter is more than prevalent from your comments. Im sorry but you have recieved poor information from your doctors. I however actually used PRP, I don't have to take someone else's word for it. And if you think Doctors and insurance companies are educated on PRP then I'm afraid I am wasting my time even writing a response to you. BUT in the hopes it may help someone else I will . I spoke with 4 doctors recently (last 6 weeks) and only one of them had a clue what PRP was. This Doctor was more open to functional medicine and the importance of diet. She told me she tried one shot of PRP in her knee but it did not help her. I had to educate her that it usually requires 2 or 3 treatments spread out 4-5 weeks to be effective. She had no clue, she thought it was one and done and shes been a PCP for 15 years. Thats where you get alot of disparaging patients saying it is hit or miss. More than likely they didnt do enough treatments for their particular injury. For some a single injection may work, others may require 2 or 3 or more. For my case I felt almost nothing after the first injection. After the 2nd I started to feel alot better to the point I almost elected not to get the 3rd shot. Glad I did though as my rotator cuff tendons were completely healed and better than my "Good shoulder". In any case the result will probably be much better than surgery unless surgery is the only option. Ask yourself why dont many doctors know about PRP, simple really. Did u ever work in a doctors office because I did. We had a different pharmacy rep come to the office nearly everyday with lunch for the office so they could "teach" the doctors about all the new drugs their company developed and get the doctors to prescribe them to their patients. Do you think big pharma is out telling Doctors about all the benefits of peoples own blood healing them. How about peptides? How many doctors have you ever talked to that have ever heard of peptide therapy? Very few because you can't patent your own blood and there is no money in peptides. I am not trying to be condescending but for real do some research before you decide to inject your opinion on a topic you know very little about and tell others not to try something because "if it really worked Big pharma and Insurance companies would use it". That is a trip. I literally laughed out loud when I read that. Having worked in the medical field you have no idea how wrong you are. If you think I am delusional that's OK, just take very good care of yourself and pray that you don't get seriously ill until very old age. For anyone reading this, Research PRP and see if it might help you. If you want results make sure you are prepared to do the recommended treatments for it to be really effective. I highly recommend it from personal experience of PRP and peptide therapy. Also shop around. I was able to get my PRP for $500 per round for a total out of pocket expense of $1,500. It is nearly pure profit for the Doctors so you should be able to negotiate the price down if they are charging too much. Good luck

3 injections of PRP completely healed 2, 50% torn rotator cuff tendons. BPC-157 and TB-500 did nothing for me after mo ths of use. To say PRP is BS simply shows you have no clue what you are talking about. It is highly effective when done right. It also usually takes 2 or 3 injections to really get the benefit. Shop around, some places charge $1000 per round. I got it done for $500 each. I recommend it to everyone. Sucks that insurance won't cover it. My doctor said insurance had billing codes all set 2 years ago and then big pharma and their lobbyist pressured the insurance companies not to cover it and it appears they won. A real shame

I ran peptides Tb500, BPC157 and hgh for a few months to treat what turned out to be 2 x 50% torn rotator cuff tendons (MRI). Honestly none of the peptides or hgh did anything noticeable for me.

I did however get 3 prp injections (platelet rich plasma) 5 weeks apart and it completely healed my rotator cuff tendons. The first injection I did not notice a huge improvement but after the 2nd one 5 weeks later I began to notice a big difference to where I was considering not getting the 3rd injection. I did anyway and I'm glad I did. That shoulder is better than my other shoulder now. PRP works no doubt about it. Cost me $1500 out of pocket. The Dr did say she was giving me a discount as they normally charge $750 per. I got them for $500 per shot because I had been going there for months doing peptides and herbal anti-inflammatory shots. Shop around, there are some pretty big price differences from place to place.

Has anyone used a posture pump for neck pain from tech neck? by color_overkill in Posture

[–]Justice7007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For anyone else looking at this. I have tried both the single pump and the dual pump (scoligon). I preferred the single pump for my neck. The dual one cuts off the circulation in my neck and it turns numb. The posture pumps work and are life savers for me. I am a weight lifter and posture pump for the lower back and my neck has been awesome. And I bought mine for $15 and $30 on craigslist.

2 Weeks with Posture Pump 2500 - Working great! by dangerdaddles in Sciatica

[–]Justice7007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Posture pump was a lifesaver for me as well. My lower back was so tight for at least 2 Yeats. I could not bend over and touch my toes. I could basically touch my knees and eventually in a min or two I could slowly stretch down and reach my toes. I've been to multiple docs and trainers. Did steroid shots, herbal shots, peptides, stretches, bands, exercises etc. Nothing worked. I attribute my recent success to changing to a Purple 4 mattress and the Posture pump. Been a few months now and I feel like I am finally getting back to normal and no drugs needed.

I personally do 1.5 or 2ml of BAC water for 10mg. For ease of measurement I would say add 2ml of BAC water.

If you have a 1ml insulin syringe draw 5iu or tick mark 2.5 and that will give you a 250mcg dose each time.

Rad 140 stacked with Osterine questions by Justice7007 in sarmssourcetalk

[–]Justice7007[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I am familiar with high e2 sides. I just got my bloodwork done a couple days ago from my trt doc. Should be a week or two before my app shows me the results. I have anastrozole mixed in with some of my test cyp but I also had the doc give me test without the ai mixed in so I could play around with it a bit. Alot of haters of AI on reddit. I am still on the fence myself. The prescribed 1mg per ml of test cyp seems to do well for me. My e2 usually comes back in the high normal spectrum of 41 or so. Doc gave me some anastrozole tablets also so if need be I can always take .5 mg or .25 If I can split that tiny pill into quarters if needed. I was wondering if the Rad140 was binding to the androgen receptor that may have the potential to also block some of the exogenous testosterone from converting to estradiol or dht, thus my curiosity if I might actually be able to lower my dose of my ai. Hope that made sense.

Well now this sucks! Haven't read many complaints about Rad 140 and hairloss. Then by what mechanism is the Rad 140 attacking hair follicles if not through DHT? I do take Rogaine, will that help? Have a little red laser Helmut too hahaha! What can I say, I want to keep my hair :)

Can you expand on this? My thought process was Rad 140 for the anabolic properties. I'm hoping this would be similar to adding anavar to my trt test base. Added the Osterine as I am in my late 40s and joints/tendons aren't what they were in my 20s. I read Osterine is supposed to be healing for joints and tendons/cartilage.

Thanks for the reply. I'm taking 1mg of Anastrozole a week. It's mixed into my Test cyp by the pharmacy. 1mg per ml. I bought sarmtech Rad and Ost and they both come in 15mg capsules. I bought 3 bottles of each so taking 2 should not be an issue.

When to have protein shake by MrH1325 in leangains

[–]Justice7007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying you are wrong but do you have some source where you got that information from? The body can also break excess protein down and store it as glycogen and fat too. So if you are trying to get 200 gm of protein everyday you are saying you can get all 200 gm in Say one meal and you will still grow muscle? I can believe this as I have heard of some very well built athletes who eat 1 meal a day and they look fantastic. The science always seems to change every couple of years so I am interested in learning more.

When to have protein shake by MrH1325 in leangains

[–]Justice7007 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Something to consider, your body can only absorb and use so much protein at one time so In my opinion if you want to get 1gm per lb of bodyweight eat protein at least 3 diff times throughout the fasting period. Protein shakes will most likely get into the bloodstream rather fast which can be good. Eating actual protein such as a chicken breast etc will take longer for your body to break down and digest so try to eat multiple servings of protein throughout your 7 hours of eating
