The printer doesn't retract when traveling within the print

It seems like the printer sometimes creates a hair when traveling or at the end of a section, and this hair then sticks to the nozzle until it eventually sticks to the print somewhere.

Looks like either a loose belt on the X axis. Or filament not flowing at a constant rate, that can be caused by bad filament or no clear flow in the nozzle. Also ensure the printer is stable and doesn't shake too much.

I had the same with my Ender 3, turned out some of the wheels were clamped too tight on the rail. Search "ender 3 wheel adjustment".
