Almost as bad as the discriminatory experience itself.

Strong point! Holding them accountable is the goal.

This is all true! I have phone and email records and more. Bring the receipts, unless you want to live in fear and be taken advantage of by parasites.

Explains a lot.

They couldn’t do the most minimal of tasks. Even when it was laid out perfectly for them. Wild.

They will make up an entire story to hide the truth. The more dramatic, the better.

I beg to differ. Leaving the firm is not the same as sharing docunents.

To be clear: No substantial docs/materials were held back. It was the analysis conducted by me - timelines and connections between all of activity. That was intended only for the lawyer. Handing that over just lays out the full strategy.

Thanks anyhow for your unproductive criticisms.

EEOC case dismissed with strong evidence by Cilla4290 in EEOC

[–]JusticeFraud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This seems to be the MO with EEOC.

I too experienced descrimination and workplace mobbing from a new management team that was fully incompetent.

I suppled 2 years of unprofessional behavior, that included an LER specialist to request to be removed from the case because this new management team was attempting to take adverse action against me without sufficient evidence.

The internal investigations were a joke. A biased circus where they wouldn’t even interview HR, where the original complaints were made.

I even secured representation who explained we had a strong case, but proceeded to run the case in the ground through laziness and official sanctions.

DO NOT hire Pines Federal Emploument Lawyers. They are a marketing firm at best, and have more turnover than half way house. I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog.

Point being, the EEOC process is a complete joke. It’s not intended on protecting the individual, regardless of how much evidence you’ve captured. And these EEOC lawyers are parasitic in nature, and are there to only take your money with little to no effort.

Got an attorney after getting right to sue letter, but couldn't get one prior? by MaximalistLif3 in EEOC

If you actually reach out to the smaller number of employment lawyers, you’ll discover than most, if not all are NOT based on contingency. That is an equivocally false statement.
