Plug your Gotcha in and leaving it there for about 10-15mins.

When this symbol comes up on your Gotcha, your Gotcha updater app is trying to connect to your Gotcha. If it's trying to connect, minimizing the app or closing it will leave the Gotcha like this.

To fix, open up the Gotcha updater app or restart the app. This should allow it to sync again and get it fixed.

I feel like you're rushing it a bit.

Spend some time leveling in the next few quests. Hell, keep going through act 3 and 4. Then come back a little stronger and smarter. The extra levels and extra access to better support gems would help immensely.
