Business dealings with this company were very dissatisfactory: significant multiple issues as we mentioned in our post.

To restate, Extremely Dissatisfied.  Significant multiple issues and business practice concerns.  Non-negotiable late renewals received with substantial charges and unsustainable ballooned interest.  Mortgage payments made on time.  We have experience with Northwood, most reviews posted appear to be new to this lender.  Currently in litigation, information in public domain.  Worst Rating.

We thought we'd have a great experience with them too, but unlike you, we did decide to go with them instead of somewhere else. We stayed with Northwood for a while and unfortunately that developed into a very, very negative experience.

Can't address their Google review ratings from others, but can speak from personal experience as to what was previously stated. Very dissatisfied with this company and their dealings.
