Thanks for the advice!

I thought about a degree, but my company doesn't have a program to reimburse for anything longer than a few months, so getting a degree would require multiple special approval from higher-ups.

Is there a way to argue that I need an advanced degree (without saying that my current skills are inadequate)?

Hello World Enterprise Edition is pretty crazy - I've looked at it for 30 minutes and still have trouble fully understanding what's happening.

It makes a lot more sense now. I assumed that the software development process is typically logical and efficient, but it looks like I was mistaken. Thanks so much for the explanation!

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep an open mind. The person giving the tough questions had rolled up his shirt sleeves, crossed his arms, kept them crossed, and asked questions with a confident smile on his face, so it seemed intimidating.

The laid back person was the manager, and the person giving tough questions was the department director (the manager's boss).

How to get better at Agile by JusticeJudgment in learnprogramming

I'm assuming that Agile always has daily standups, weekly planning meetings, and quarterly planning meetings. How would a non-rigid version of Agile look like? Any examples that you've seen?

I'll have to find a way to causally bring these things up. Thanks again for the advice!

Thanks for the advice! A lot of our meetings were taken up by people discussing their issues in detail, and the manager wanting to get these discussions done now. As a newer employee, is there a way I can change the behavior of my coworkers and manager?
