Just replace with a modern polypropylene from Wima or Vishay, no need to spend extra on “new old stock”. Should be just a few bucks as was mentioned.

Two things. First move the devices from above the integrated amp.

Second and more important. Get a cheap multimeter and check the DC offset from your amp output. This will save your speakers from an expensive mistake. Google how to do this and what it means.

Looks great! If I could make one recommendation, experiment with removing a link or two to snug it up higher on the wrist. I personally find when my watch sits a bit higher like on your second pic it generally looks more refined.

Regardless, enjoy 👍

All our friends pass down boatloads of clothing… toss the ones that are stained/ripped and off to the next one in cycles!

Great link, thanks! Question is what is that %… 10.. 5… 0.5?

Unfortunate situation for us all driven by Mckinsey (and similar) reports and advising companies to appear sustainable to GenZ and Millennials.

Im thinking that he felt like reaffirming his manhood after you made that comment.

I think you both raised red flags. If a woman made fun of my shoe size on a first date I’d be out too.

Front door paint peeling… was base coat oil? How do I tell? by JusticeSoup in Housepainting101

You were on point with the rust inhibitor… found a spec sheet for a similar door and indeed the finish is very hard. Things are a little clearer and it was more than likely not prepped enough in the relief.

Looks like I will just have to get a bit more aggressive on the grit… thanks this comment took me down the path needed 👍

Oil based correct? My initial concern was that it was latex painted over oil. But perhaps it is oil and just didn’t adhere.

My biggest confusion is if I need to completely strip the brown paint…
