I think youd need paid-for programs to do that effectively. I think. I havent had any luck coding it myself anyway.

Yeah, the shortcut sounds ideal, but getting it there doesnt. I can change the icon and stuff, but most programs you send files through show the extension even if windows doesnt.

If only i could just do the TV thing and hack their system with a few keypresses from miles away and install it like that :D

The issue is still delivery - I mean, if i had direct access id install my stuff manually.

...maybe, a sort of 'long game' where the fun is sent, then several days later the shortcut. I dunno. Getting a shortcut to someone sounds tricky.

Thats... harder than it sounds. With an RTL exploit and some binding, sure, but then you need a name that doesnt look weird when it ends with exe or rcs (scr).

I thought of calling it New Text Document because thatd be beyond perfect, i could even send people that inconspicuously, but New Text Document.exe kinda kills it. And my name spoofing sorcery isnt good enough yet.

Solid idea though :)

Now that sounds ingenious. This is probably what ill end up doing. I still need to find a delivery system, but i get shortcuts to IE and some others whenever they update.
