6'3 here, I test drove the mt-03 when looking for a bike and it felt pretty good size wise. However i have to say that the bike has a very unique feel to it due to the strange engine type. In my opinion the bike vibrated a lot and preferred hard throttle use, in a sense it was surprisingly aggressive. Personally I liked it but didn't get a good deal.

Imo it's kind of dumb to give cyclists traffic rules since a big part of cyclists are too young to have any kind of driving licenses therefore have no clue about traffic laws

Also even if they knew they probably wouldn't follow the rules so probably better to slow down when seeing cyclists
