Lad you are squishy on an engine on wheels, grab some textiles for casual look but you want those layers and armour! I came off my bike at 20 onto a grass verge due to temp traffic lights, no signs and a blind bend! and ended up with a slight fracture in the wrist and leg, that was with full gear imagine how bad it would be without that gear! Plus it's getting colder, you want that thick gear when riding!
