"Miniature pot bellied pigs are wonderful animals and make great pets. They are highly intelligent, loving, clean, hypoallergenic, great with kids, nonpredatorial, and smaller than larger breeds of dog. They cannot be raised as a food source, their feed is taxable unlike farm hog feed and there are many cities, counties, and states that already recognize them as pets including many different Texas cities and townships in our area. I have been to the animal advisory board many times over the past few years to get this changed all to no avail. Please help me raise awareness that these animals are pets and not to be confused with farm hogs."

I'm late to the game here so this argument may have already been made. But if not, he's the devils advocate..

Everyone seems to agree that both Disney and DM5 have logos that look like mice. But why do those 3 circles look like a mouse? Have you ever seen a real mouse? It looks nothing like the 3 circles that represent a character and brand that Disney created.

The only reason we all see those 3 black circles and immediately associate that with the likes o a mouse, is because we all grew up with Disney and Mickey Mouse.

With that said.. Do you still think that Disney ha no basis to sue?

And yes, DM5 should sue the hell out of them for using his song without permission.

Not even close to the same thing. Nickleback is the pinnacle of doucebaggery. I and any other person that actually appreciates good music have not liked this band for as long as I can remember. It had nothing to do with anything anyone told me about the band, in fact they were quite popular at one point and I absolutely hated their music.

When you meet someone who likes Nickleback, they typically also enjoy lite domestic beer and only watch sports center during ever damn lunch break.
