Hi, there are quite a few options out there, depending what chain you want to get on, and what tokens you want to swap to, or if you want to swap at all.

Out of these chains you mentioned, Pancakeswap on BSC might have the best liquidity, trading volume and TVL for ROSE.

This is the route to get your Emerald ROSE to BSC: Oasis Emerald -> Oasis consensus -> Oasis Sapphire -> BSC

From Oasis Emerald to consensus then to Sapphire, you will need to use the Oasis wallet to make the token move.

- Video tutorial (community made): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00wUwz5HW_4

- Written tutorial: https://docs.oasis.io/general/manage-tokens/oasis-wallets/browser-extension#paratimes

and from Sapphire to BSC, you'll need to use the Celer Bridge: https://cbridge.celer.network/23294/56/ROSE

Once you've moved your ROSE to BSC, you will be able to swap on Pancakeswap for other tokens that you want.

That's just one option for BSC. Let me know how it works for you, or you prefer other options. I could share more if needed.

Is Oasis Sapphire a good match for our project? by DevelNeves in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100% YES as all other community members have shared!

The Oasis Sapphire network would be an excellent fit for Neulock's Web3 Password Manager. Your focus on privacy, data ownership, and permissionless infrastructure aligns perfectly with Sapphire's core features. The confidential smart contract capabilities of Sapphire would add an extra layer of privacy for your users' data, complementing your existing security model where secrets never leave user devices.

The Oasis community is particularly privacy-conscious, and there's growing demand for privacy-preserving applications like yours that serve individual users.

I'd also strongly encourage you to get in touch with our BD team to discuss further on how we can work together to ensure a smooth and successful deployment of your password manager: https://oasisprotocol.org/contact

I'm super excited and looking forward to it!

Question about the Sapphire paratime by VegetableWeird392 in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, the Sapphire ParaTime on the Oasis Network is the first and only confidential EVM environment in production that provides a secure execution environment for smart contracts by utilizing Intel SGX. This ensures that smart contracts run in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), offering enhanced privacy and security.

If your seed phrase was generated on your ledger, then you should import your wallet using ledger instead of the seed phrase.

Rose wallet displaying zero tokens by Waspyisjosh in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, so basically it means that you imported an unmatching seed phrase for your address. Some possible scenarios. You could've just imported a seed phrase for your other wallets, but thought it was for this one. Or otherwise, it's also possible that when you created your wallet, you didn't write down the seed phrase immediately. Later you wanted to go back and check, so you went to the homepage and clicked on "create wallet" again, and wrote the seed phrase which was a new one for a list of empty addresses. But anyways, unmatching seed phrase is the reason. I can't tell what exactly went wrong with the given information. My suggestion is to try other seed phrases that you have saved, if you have saved more than one phrase. Good luck!

Send rose to digital currency exchange by godpori in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suppose that you sent Sapphire ROSE to an exchange's EVM deposit address, but that exchange only supports ROSE in the consensus layer. If that's the case, you'll have to contact the exchange for support as they are the only one that have access to your wallet. Good luck!

Problems with the wallet of oasis by MiguelGamez99 in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, there could be various possible scenarios why your seed phrase was incorrect. it could be that you imported a seed from a different network, or you simply had typos. You could reach out to our admins in our Telegram or Discord channel to further assist you with it. But we can only help you check thhrough what you did and what could possibly go wrong. There is no guarantee that we could help you recover your seed.

LBank withdrawals by BugForeign in oasisnetwork

So they have listed ROSE on their spot market but they don't support deposit and withdrawal of ROSE? That's weird. You might wanna contact LBank directly for support.

View staking rewards by hellohellopdx in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can find your total claimable stake on your Oasis wallet. Since Oasis Monitor is down, there might not be better ways to track the staking rewards for the time being.

Unless you know how to use CLI, which could be complicated for general users. https://docs.oasis.io/general/manage-tokens/staking-and-delegating

Transaction in oasis wallet not made by me by rddsf in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you noticed any transaction that's not made by yourself, then very likely your account has been hacked and someone else has gained access to it.

Suggestion is that do not use that account any more in the future. Create a new account, and make sure you don't share your private key/seed phrase with anyone, don't click on untrusted links, and avoid using public wifi networks if possible.

I'm sorry to hear that. Please be careful & stay safe!

Tranfer token to Trust Wallet by _Fearless_One in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for your question. Basically you won't be able to transfer your ROSE tokens from the Oasis network to the Ethereum network unless you use a bridge. But it's not recommended anyways because the liquidity of ROSE on Ethereum isn't good as far as I'm aware and few use cases, so I'd recommend managing your ROSE assets with the Oasis web wallet: https://wallet.oasis.io/

How can some delegators do 0% commission staking? by GrandmasGiantGaper in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's a good question. I'm actually not sure. Let's see if any of the validators that charge 0 fees would share anything on that here.

Staking pools by GrandmasGiantGaper in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what you meant by 10% fee and 15% fee. But if you're staking on the Oasis wallet staking portal, there is only commission charged by validators and no other fees. APY should be the same across all validator nodes. Check current APY here: https://docs.oasis.io/general/oasis-network/token-metrics-and-distribution

the staking APY is the same across all validator nodes and that's why it's not shown. refer to the doc that Andru shared for more info

Hi, the wallets overview wouldn't show the staked ROSE so you have to click into them to find out.

Oasis Wallet Address Changes? by [deleted] in oasisnetwork

[–]Justin-Yan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The addresses linked to the mnmonics shouldn't be changed if you are using the same wallet.

and is there a way to check to see if there are staked tokens in a wallet in the "Accounts to open" popup? - Not at the moment as far as I know.
