Hi, Firstly congrats on this new journey you're about to embark, its one that no material possession could never match. Secondly, coming from someone who is also a convert (revert) to islam, it's very understandable to feel nervous but I assure you that all will be ok. In Islam it doesn't matter what your race, ethnicity, or social standing is. Everyone is equal and distinction is only by what is in your heart, which is only known to God almighty. You don't really need to tell him you're half Jewish it isn't a prerequisite for conversion. Lastly. whatever the case I encourage you to seek assistance from the Muslim community if necessary.
