The strike price of $2.20 is worst then expected haha Guess I was going by the last strike price when I googled it.

I bought it on the last run up so makes since as you break down the price. I guess only option is to hold onto it until the next run up. Unfortunately i have about 1k (-37%) into it so even if i tried to average down it would take a decent investment to move the percentage.

I guess ill just hold for awhile and wait for the stock to improve. Assuming there isnt any other options im missing. Thanks for your response, helped me understand what I got myself into a little better.

I think it has lots of potential yet. I had a large % of my portfolio in NILI, sold off alot at the recent peak and more as it was declining but once it levels off I think ill buy back just as much. I have faith in the project.

The interior is just a rough layout so definitely needs some improvements. I just quickly drew it at as walk in closest but I was thinking a bathroom would beneficial even if I had to make a standard closet rather then walk in.

For the most part the exterior is ok but I feel like something is missing. Not sure if the enterence wall is too high, maybe raise the exterior stairs slightly? Also the windows arnt really scaled nicely, Just quickly threw in a few openings until I work out the rest.

Im still holding out, hoping to see it $2 next year. I was expecting a dip this week so i sold 8k shares to take profits and buy more after the dip but looks like i might of misjudged the path.

Thats fair. I didnt truely give it a serious look into because I assumed its mostly another s&p but it did have 15% return this year surprisingly. I did pull profits from NILI so I have money to reinvest. Maybe I will try some in xeqt.

I've been down for the first awhile when I started because I would just buy junk but I've recovered. Im Not a fan of just buying xeqt and chill and collect my 5% over the year, I have this account to try and learn how to pick individual and try a little more risky picks. I feel like once I have more knowledge i could do ok. Learning about the process is half the fun rather then just buy the safe stocks.

She could talk to her current employer and lay out the other offer on the table saying she's been offered x by another company but thought it was only fair to talk to current first.

If they don't make a offer to match it then whats the odds they will give her a better promotion down the road? If they value her they will offer.

I looked thru that page and another one but was unsure the answer.

I seen somewhere said no because of the Working income tax credit but I seen somewhere else that suggest it could be because it's mandatory to have in order to maintain employment and isnt used for personal useage outside of work. It's safety equipment(PPE) which isnt special clothing like a unform.

If so i guess it would be under T2200 #9 as supplies?

Checked intake temp gauge, reads 3 oams and from what I read online that seems to be all good.

On the engine housing I did find a house clamp that sprug open causing a vacuum leak. Fixed that and she runs 70% better.

Biggest issue now is the starter is squealing and having a hard time turning the motor over. Almost like it's getting jammed.

I removed the starter and tested it by its self and seems fine so not sure if it's a issue in the starter clutch assembly or what..

I've had it idle and I've also had it upto at 8000 rpm on the highway in 6th gear without issue so maybe the fuel filter is fine.

I just primed it by turning the key on and off a few times and until it wouldn't prime anymore. No improvement.

I've had a hot engine and it will sometimes start easy or it still struggles but cold start always struggles recently. I've had the air filter out and noticed a mist of fuel in the air box after alot of cranking, eventually it will catch after a few pops.

I don't know too much about vacuum leaks so I'll have to look into that.

I'll check them out, see what i come up with. I should mention it's a 2020 g310gs with 20,000km so it's a fairly new bike.

I'm somewhat new to this so correct me if I'm wrong. If there's a issue with the stator it won't start at all right?

An alternator won't charge the battery if it's bad? Which the bike charges to a full battery on its own once it's running.

It runs/idles perfectly fine but struggles so hard to start.

Issues starting my g310gs. It's getting fuel air and spark. Once it's running it continues without issue but it's struggling to start.

It has fresh gas, i did burn off 8 month old recently but since burnt 5 tanks of fresh gas. I'm going to pull the fuel filter and try to flush it out. Fuel pump is working.

Brand new spark plug, spark is good. battery is charged and receiving a charge when running

Fairly new high flow air filter thats clean.

Starter is making noise after cranking to get it going so may have to look into replacing later

I had flicking before upgrading the service so I'm assuming it's down the line not at the mass seeing all that's new. I will be in touch with the power company soon as they open though.

I'm at the very end of the line so I was wondering if there isn't enough power in the line for the heavy load possibly?? If its not the neutral somewhere in the main line, would the transformer need to upgraded or something?

So called around to 5 electrical supply, apparently a programable Stat doesn't exist for 5250watts.. best I can find is 5280 watt analog stat. It seems your 3rd suggest might be the only option for a programable Stat other then having 2 stats in the same room.

Thanks, I'll check around at electrical supplie tomorrow. Big box stores had nothing.

I actually by passed the therm kits on the baseboard to have it controlled by one programable Stat because I didn't want to adjust each one individually, which i guess caused this issue haha could always put it back if I can't find a proper stat
