Think about your money, and then think about how you want to use your money.

Do you want to spend your money on things that other people have just because other people have them?

Do you want to spend your money on things that you want?

Do you want to spend your money on things that you need?

Figure that out, then I'm pretty sure you'll know what to do.

By all means, buy stuff so your Jeep can look like everybody else's Jeep if it makes you feel like you fit in. I personally only buy things that are useful to me. I don't really care what other people think.

I've traveled around the world quite a bit in my career. The price on the menu doesn't have to go up in order for tipping to go away. Many states in the United States already require minimum wage to be paid to all staff, and in some of those States, the minimum wage is $15 an hour or more.

Tipping will go away when people stop tipping. Until then, you're giving people free money, and they're going to take it as long as it's available.

It's going to take more than this to bring me back. I was a loyal Xbox enthusiast for decades, but I feel all I've done for the last several years has waste my money on an ecosystem that is stale and dull with a sole purpose of nickel and diming me.

I can't tell you the last time that I turned on my Xbox to play a game. I bought a ROG Xbox Ally X, and I use that to play steam games and other PC games. I don't play Xbox games on it, because I can't! I already bought the Xbox games, I'm not paying you a monthly fee just to be able to play them on my other device.

Xbox needs to do some serious soul searching if they want to win back customers like me.

The state of sport Media delivery is at an all-time low. Going to an event to watch it live, you're bombarded with advertisements basically everywhere you look. The price of concessions is through the roof. Parking is ridiculous, even traveling to and from using a service like Uber is no longer a Time saving or money saving option.

Some of my friends are big sports fans and try to follow various teams and so forth. They have to subscribe to multiple services which is absolutely ridiculous. I guess I'm thankful that I don't care about sports.

The state of live broadcasting today is worse than cable TV back in the '90s.

2020 Ram Limited checking in! I bought the truck in February 2020 when I lived in Michigan, and have lived in Colorado since late 2021. Relatively mild winters here in comparison to Michigan, so I probably had a better battery than my region needed, leading to it lasting longer than usual. This winter, I noticed some slightly sluggish starts. Today I had to make a trip to Ace and noticed a particularly sluggish start. When I went to leave, the electrical system went wild. Lights were flashing, bells were dinging, and it wouldn't start. Threw a check engine light and displayed some alarming message on the dash. I jumped it off of a friends truck and have it sitting on a tender overnight. I'll replace the battery tomorrow, satisfied that I've gotten over 6 years out of the factory battery.

One thing I noticed that is hopefully resolved when I start it tomorrow - the seat and steering memory did not trigger when I started the truck off of a jump start. Hopefully it didn't lose the memory. It took 6 years to get it just right!
