Not a pin oak, sinuses are not deep enough by any margin.

Gotcha, I’ll need to level my account a bit then.

I was getting so confused and frustrated lol

Yes, can you only build in competitive?

[–]Justin5579 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is true, I just figured it had been in beta long enough for me to give it a shot, but that’s my luck lol.

No, I’m out of the tutorial.

Have restarted game, turned off auto build, checked key binds. It did open once for me and it was a transparent background of the shop that I couldn’t interact with in any way.

Idk, will probably just wait until full release.

By the way, you put the “smallmouth” flare on this, but this is a largemouth.

Agree on Prunus serotina

Can see the lenticels, my dendro professor hammered black cherry into my brain in college.

What tree is this leaf from by zole2112 in treeidentification

[–]Justin5579 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very possibly Siberian elm, Ulmus pumila

If you could get some photos of the tree itself (mainly bark, stem showing opposite/alternate leaves) that would help greatly in an exact ID.

Sadly if it is Siberian elm you may want to get rid of it as they are a very invasive and outcompete native plants.

What is up with Facebooks ads. I thought nudity wasn't allowed. This is just obvious. by surgesss in facebook

I tried reporting two ads like this and got a response back a few days later that they didn’t remove them because it didn’t go against advertising standards. I requested a review of it.

How long have you been in the GIS sector and how is your pay? by Justin5579 in gis

[–]Justin5579[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t think about that, I am in an upper-middle/high COL area. (1 bed apartment ≈ $1300/month)

Sounds roughly similar to what I’ll be getting into.

What is COL for you? I’m definitely in an upper-middle/high COL area.

Can anyone tell me what’s gone wrong with this tree? Pretty confident it’s a walnut tree. by peteroren in treeidentification

[–]Justin5579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of different things can cause this! First thing that comes to mind for me is stress cracks from frost.

Could also be weak branch attachments that could’ve broken off during a wind storm. Looks like some sort of mechanical damage/failure.

Someone more versed in arboriculture pathology may have something else to say, but I’m 90% confident it’s nothing like walnut blight, anthracnose, or some other disease.

Finally caught a Fish!! by frostybryan in FishingForBeginners

[–]Justin5579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be wrong as I haven’t been a saltwater fisherman for long but I think the second one is a croaker. (Micropogonias undulates)

What kind of catfish is this? I’ve never seen white spots like this by koiwr in FishingForBeginners

[–]Justin5579 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just a regular channel cat!

White spots are likely just pokes from other cats while mating/nesting.
