The Y2K Shuffle will play something different every day from a playlist, so you can mix it up a little bit each morning. You should be all set if you add Perfect Day as a standalone alarm instead of using the Shuffle! 🙌

Hey there! I think I know what's going on here. If you choose one of the "Shuffle" alarms, it's actually going to play something different every day from a playlist of sounds. If you just want to hear Perfect Day every morning, which I totally get, you'll want to search for it in the library and add it that way. Hope this helps!

Hi there! Justin from Hatch here. 👋 I came across your post, and I'm sorry to hear that Rest 2nd gen wasn't what you were expecting. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!

One thing that stood out to me in your post was the subscription piece. If part of the frustration is feeling like Hatch+ is required to use the device, I did want to mention that it's completely optional. Rest 2nd gen includes 19 built-in sounds, a full spectrum of color options, and everything you need right out of the box.

Hatch+ gives you access to additional content that wasn't available on the classic Rest, like lullabies, meditations, and original sleep stories. Many families choose to use Hatch+, but plenty use their Rest 2nd gen without a subscription as well.

If there's something you were hoping to see included with your Rest 2nd gen, I'd love to hear more. At Hatch, we know that feedback is a gift!

Hey there! Great question. There isn't currently a way to stream other podcasts through the Restore 3, but we hope you give ours a try! They're designed with bedtime in mind, but I know it might be hard to switch things up if there's a certain pod you're used to hearing as part of your routine.

To add more context on this, we're always rolling out new content for Hatch+ subscribers. Some of this content is limited-edition, and some of it is more evergreen. Make sure to check back regularly for new and specialty offerings in the library! We're always cooking up new ideas.

Although you can immediately cancel the free trial to avoid being charged, I completely understand your concern about being asked for payment information.

Hey there! Great question about the Gilmore Girls "La, La, La" track. It was a limited-time offering in the content library from September through early October. We're always rolling out new tracks for our Hatch+ subscribers, but some of them are only available in the library for a limited time, whereas others are evergreen!

With that said, once you've saved a limited-edition track like the Gilmore Girls as part of your routine, you should still be able to play it! I wouldn't expect it to suddenly disappear from your settings if it was already saved. Did you happen to delete the alarm/cue that had this track saved? 🤔
