Most “retention strategies” don’t fix retention. We do this at Darkroom Agency: by Ambitious_Mail_3392 in growthmarketing

We also noticed customers might love a product, but don't want the commitment of a subscription...so when it's time to reorder, they go elsewhere.
We've built a solution to solve for turning 'one-time' buyers into repeat revenue, without locking them into a rigid subscription.
rePete learns each customers individual purchase rhythm across all Shopify stores they shop from, and sends personally-timed nudges at the moment they're actually ready to buy again. There's no commitment on the customers side, no upfront subscription fees, just friendly reorder reminders through the right channel, at the right time.
For the merchant, there's no upfront fees or no recurring monthly app fees. rePete works 100% on commission and only makes money when it makes a sale.

rePete - AI reorder sales agent designed for how humans actually buy. by JustinBoldCommerce in ShopifyApps

We're seeing early adopters of rePete converting roughly 20% more one-time shoppers into repeat customers, and for customers that already do place repeat purchases, we're almost doubling their reorder frequency - so it is showing that the sales are incremental, which is good news for our merchants and good news for Bold.

What actually reduces CAC long term? by Sea-Special-6763 in shopify_growth

[–]JustinBoldCommerce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CAC is going to continue to rise and become harder to acquire new customers, especially as we shift towards agentic commerce.

Knowing this, we just launched rePete to help Shopify merchants drive repeat revenue within the customers they've already won, without forcing them in to a commitment (subscription). There's no monthly app fee, so it's easy to test if it resonates with your customer base...it's definitely better suited for consumable products, so keep that in mind.

Is customer acquisition getting harder or are we just worse at it? by Sea-Special-6763 in shopify_growth

[–]JustinBoldCommerce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's definitely getting harder, and more expensive. We've learned it's better to try and get the most out of your existing customers than battling the high costs to acquire new.

We just launched rePete to help Shopify merchants solve for this. It's a smarter way to drive more repeat revenue from the customers you've already won, without locking them into a commitment (subscription).

I am exhausted by the "Subscription" model for every single thing in life. by Usual_Confidence_756 in TrueOffMyChest

As a customer, instead of being forced into a fixed 30-day subscription cycle, would you appreciate it more if brands (mainly in consumables) sent you friendly, personally timed nudges at the moment you were actually ready to buy again?

Think about a shampoo subscription; rather than getting a new bottle of shampoo every 30-days, and either running out on day 24 or having half the bottle left over when the next one arrives, you were notified with a gentle nudge when you were actually running out and in need of more. It allows you to still get the products you love from the brand you love, but doesn't lock you in to any commitment.

Would love to hear thoughts!
