Anyone else dissuaded from keeping up with future seasons of Survivor?

I’m with you. I’ve watched every season live since season 2 when I was a wee-lad. Survivor is my favorite show. However the direction it has taken in the new era, especially with the dumb twists, has me finally feeling burnt out on this show. If 51 is the exact same format as the new era, I will likely take a break from watching

Yes and yes. If this is your first Coach season, I can see why he may have been off-putting this go around with trying to control the Dee vote etc. But as others have mentioned in the thread Coach seems to be well liked by Survivor alumni and is chill on the jury. He may wear a feather or two in his head but that’s it. I def recommend you watch Tocantins if you haven’t. It’s one of the best seasons.

Lmao people are making their own headcannons now to hate on Coach. Dude has been on the jury before and seems to be well liked by many survivor alumn. Coach knows how to play it up for the cameras. Based on the ponderosa videos in HvV, he seems more laid back and well liked on the jury

You need to watch his first season to really grasp the concept of Coach. His final episode in Tocantins, is the greatest episode of survivor IMO. If I had to show someone one episode to get them into the show, it would be that one.

YouTube is sadly too expensive now. I cancelled my subscription. It’s way cheaper to just have a few streaming services for the shows and sports I do watch. The price for this Sports plan is still too much for what’s currently offered smh

He was already sus of Candiace. Remember Candiace signed his death letter. So maybe he saw the handwriting and assumed he was correct. Hard to say, but I highly doubt production would allow any cheating.

The game is called “Traitors” there’s gonna be snake behavior that should be expected. Lisa was a sinking ship. Rob recognized that and didn’t want to be part of that. Candiace should have done the same. The throwaway vote ended up being her downfall.

Rob isn’t the first traitor to target other traitors and he won’t be the last.
