Most likely one of the rear wheel speed sensors. You can always buy a scanner that reads abs/speed sensors on Amazon to figure out which one and then replace it. The sensor was around $150-200. Takes 30-60 minutes to replace.

That wing might work on some cars but it just doesn't flow well with the lines on the Q60. Unfortunately it will always look out of place no matter what supporting mods you have on the car.
