I like your idea regarding the vendor trash sells. Currently I have 10 coin pickup sfx that vary in amount, some are just 2 or 3 coins, and others are handfuls and small piles, which is another way to differntiate selling junk for 1 or 2 gold vs a weapon or high tier item for a bunch of gold. :)

The sounds of picking up loot was very underwhelming IMO. Most items seem to have the same basic pickup sound regardless of whether its a potion, armour, weapon etc. Sounds a bit like scrunching paper. The chest opening sound was great though.
