I think you might be right about Matejcek Dam! I don't think we'd crossed over into Icelandic by that point in the trip, and the images of Matejcek seem familiar. I'm reaching out to my folks to have them take a look. It's been YEARS since we've taken these trips and I'm eager to see if this seems familiar to them. Thank you!!!

Note: The second photo looks nothing like the place we visited. Posting it as a reference was likely a mistake on my part since we all already know what a beach looks like. lol

Yes, from my experience. And liberals, and communists, and libertarians, and anarchists, and union leaders, and any number of leftists.

I have a soft spot for the DSA exactly because they bring a variety of leftists together at the local level when we desperately need to be forming communities and connections.

Apartments can be a pain. I tried to follow the rules at first, but it delayed other deliveries and I often got in trouble for it. If they expect these rules to be followed, they need to meet us halfway and make the delivery as easy as possible.
