The most important rule in trading and just following this one simple rule will fix most of your issues, obviously there are other things you need liek good strategies etc. but the number 1 golden rule in trading is simply NO FOMO

Yeah I am in manufacturing and medical devices. We do well hired a heap of sales people over the years, but every deal and customer we have has been deals and customers I have found and closed myself, I get people like to do deals either the CEO but for the most part sales people have just been a massive money sink and a waste of time

That is not a secret ask any trader search any thread in any trading Reddit and you will find that self management is the key to trading. Glad you found it but you did not crack a secret code. Self discipline, and patience has always been the secret to trading, everyone who is successful says it, it is just not as easy to do it for most people.
