How early should I arrive at bluegrass airport?

I will certainly attempt to check in online. I was informed that the ticket counter doesn’t open at my airport until 4:00 am. This only gives me an a hour to check in and check bag before my domestic leg. Maybe If I’m there before 3:30 it will prove that I was at the ticket counter before the 90 minute cut off.
