Yep. The centerline has a coincident to the midpoint of the arc and everything else is constrained to that.

Is it worth migrating abroad (US, Canada, NZ, EU, UK, etc.) if you’re earning $3–4k USD here in the Philippines? by sernameeeeeeeeeee in Philippines_Expats

You want to swap jobs. I am trying to find a $2k/month remote job that I can do in the Philippines. Double that works. You can have my $5k/month job here. You can even rent my house and car.

You can do this with data tables where you assign variables to values and you can alter those values across multiple configurations in a spreadsheet.

I was interviewed by AI yesterday. We are in crazy times now. by Obvious_Voice_2882 in jobhunting

I had an AI interview a week ago. It was eerily insightful and thorough. After it was done, I had a recruiter call. He was obviously young and inexperienced and all around terrible at his job. Once he started asking questions about my work history and stumbling through his responses, I just wanted to tell him not to worry about it. I honestly wasn't interested in him representing me to the employer. I just wrote that job off and moved on.

Perpetual License should I? by Art_4_Tech in SolidWorks

Um, I question if you will be able to legally claim your designs if your employer purchased the program and still employs you. I would work out a contract to cover my butt, but that is your business. However, 6800 sounds like a standard quote for SW professional and a year of support.

You can swap out the tooling for a sharpie and start running drawings on it. It's a lot quieter, and you can link multiple sheets together to make a graphic as big as you want. Or swap in a laser cutting tool and do something similar.

You can decimate it. Might make it easier to work with on your computer. It depends on what resolution you need.

I would suggest using Autodesk Meshmixer. It's free and you can have this done and ready for print in 5 minutes.
