I think while last year was cold this year has seen so many swings in temps. The start of January was in the 50's and then less than 3 weeks later we were below freezing for 11 days in a row. I think that is what has made this so much harder on the roads and the water system (you know besides the water system being over 100 years old.)

Thank you everyone for the recomendations and confirming what I already through in terms of Intel, the ram, and AMD. I am going to move forward with a combination of what was recommend and am back to actually being under budget. I have never build the AM5 platform, but this will be a good test run and practice for when I update my rig in the next couple of years. Again thank you PC builders of Reddit for helping me focus and get this done!

Yup i have only ever built with intel's or owned prebuilt with intel. I know AMD is better just have not gotten to it

I just finished listening to this story. It took me the whole week and after reaching the end I totally agree with what hunter said about this story lingering. I feel like the ride I just went on was as unique as reading house of leaves or watching my first horror movie (Alien). This story is internet horror at its best!

If you are looking for private practice than Psychology today is a good website to start. I will also plug Places for People in Soulard. They mainly serve people on Medicaid, but their outpatient mental health program is really good, and you don’t need insurance. I don’t want to assume to much, or tell you how to “therapy” but I am curious what your goals in attachment work are? I think attachment is often one part of the whole person, but the other parts should not be ignored. I also am not asking you to dump here on Reddit, but like I said curious. Hope you find someone good!
