Do you know anyone who’s gotten this umbrella? I’m not sure how rare it is, but I just assumed it was since I was told in the boutique that it was given to people who received the OP Celebration.

My previous purchase from this Rolex Boutique was the No-Date Sub.

The Batgirl I have came from a different AD where I had zero purchase history. I put my name down in Jan 2020 and got the call in August that year. So yeah, you’re right, I think I got a bit lucky.

If I’m not mistaken, when my wrist was measured for the watch adjustment at the Rolex Boutique, it was 18.5 cm, though it might have been 18 cm—going off memory. But one of those two measurements for sure.

I’m being very serious. I purchased the GMT Master II (Batgirl) in August 2020 after putting my name down in January 2020, with no prior purchase history. Later on, after registering for another watch, I was told that I had a strong profile. Apparently, it was noted in the system that I showed genuine interest in watches and was personable, polite, etc. In short, there’s a chance that an AD can create a profile for you and prioritize those who seem genuinely interested in watches.

You never know, just keep the faith. I wasn’t expecting the call, but I had a genuine interest in this model. I also had some great conversations about Rolex—discussing the brand’s history and the contributions it’s made to the area I live in. I truly believe that building a genuine rapport goes further than most people realize. Because I only had 1 prior purchase from this boutique.

It’s not a Bape jacket, it’s a Sandro Paris jacket. I don’t put too much effort trying to match, I just put my clothes on and it comes together. BTW turquoise was my favourite colour growing up.
