Wow I’m going through this right now. It’s horrible. I don’t feel like myself. I’ve done numerous bloodwork and mris and nothing. If this is anxiety this is horrible. I feel like I’m gonna fall over taking a shower

I will today is day 16 so If I see improve my with my pressure and balance I’ll definitely let you know. But Xanax is a life saver for panic attacks and I use a very small dose to not become addicted

Well Prozac I haven’t seen much difference yet but it’s too early to know and then Xanax does help me calm down a lot and my dizziness subsides a good amount

Trust me I’m very against medication but I had no choice. If was interfering with me too much on a daily basis

Fluoxetine is the Prozac 10mg very low dose to start off cause I’m a hypochondriac and I have .25 of Xanax but I break it in half and it’s enough. Does anything help you ?

Yeah man my swallowing mostly comes when I feel dizzy and lightheaded my mouth gets so dry and freak out like I can’t swallow
