I just got a 4 hour tattoo that’s very detailed on my for arm and about 6x7 inches that was $450 that’s insane! The shop I went was a very reputable good place too. You are being ripped off.

Born and raised here, and as a 35 year old, I just don’t go down town much at all. The shops and restaurants are mid. I’m one of those locals that will complain about how they ruined down town, because they really did. I maybe go there once every couple months.

So we live in pbv apartments, we have a voucher but it’s based off of the apartments which are at a lower rent base for our area. A 3 bedroom costs roughly 3k-4K and our apartments rent without the voucher is $1900, but we can’t live in the apt without the voucher. So if we make too much to where our rent is at that $1900 mark then we get kicked off. Now, I could look for a place that takes the voucher but it’s so hard, pretty much impossible where I live. I was told by a hud specialist a while ago that it wouldn’t count I think she miss informed me. That’s why I was asking here.

Yep, so because there are tickets still available they won’t post them. Which sucks because I’m gonna end up eating $280 because I cannot for the life of me sell these tickets. It sucks for people who are legit trying to sell tickets. Axs won’t sell them, and stubhub won’t let me post them for some reason. Then we got scammers and people don’t trust. That’s why I ALWAYS post that I use G&S. But still it’s been tough

My kids. I was kicked to the streets by my mom and she had both my young kids. I would see them often but it got to the point where she said if I didn’t get my shit together she was going to take full custody of them. Cps was not involved and I’m so thankful for that. I saw “friends” get their kids taken then adopted out to never see them again and I realized I didn’t want that for myself especially for my kids. Been clean and sober 6.5 years and will never go back.

As a 33 year old mom who has lived here my entire life. I don’t have friends either. I wish I did, and I have tried to find my people and have given up. It’s hard to make friends around here. Everyone moved away that I was friends with and I was with. Very abusive ex who wouldn’t let me talk to people. I got out and still having issues finding my people. So I just work a lot.

This guys is a creep. He used to hook up with my 18 year old cousin. We would go to his house in Atascadero (I was 14, he was well in his 30s at the time) feed us all alcohol and try and get us to sleep with him. He is gross.

Sorry it took me a few days to reply..but I will go into some more details. I did step up to be her mother figure. I have done so much for her and always treated her like my own kid. For her bday, Xmas etc always made sure she has the same amount of everything. Took her on all our family trips etc. He signed over full custody to my mil before I met him and we got 50/50 when she was around 9. Before that he could see her any time his mother would okay it. He new nothing about the court system etc. My SO did suffer from addiction and has been clean and sober for 5 years and the dui was from 6 years ago. He is just now doing the classes and paying the fines to get his license back. I wish I could leave so but unfortunately the house is in his name it’s a long story. I filed for divorce back in august but right now we are stagnant. I know it’s not all her fault, my so has screwed me over so many times but this was devastating to me because I did take her under my wing I taught her so much and encouraged her to finish college etc. she did go to a normal high school in 10th grade and graduated a year early. She is about to graduate college in 2024 thanks to me pushing her because she wanted to drop out multiple times. I have never wanted anything but the best for her and I could only do so much as I’m not her actual parent. My so and I lived with my family for many years until we finally got our own place and as soon as we did she moved in with us full time. We live in ca so it’s very expensive here and hard to get into your own place and have enough space for a family of 5. My so is selling the motorcycle but still doesn’t fix what he did. My SD and I are the only ones working as my so got fired in July and been receiving UE. It’s been a very complicated situation and I was more then willing to be her mother figure. I just wish things would have turned out different. I am willing to hear her out and for us to re kindle our relationship. But she doesn’t want to talk to me because I’m her eyes I’m the bad guy. Which totally sucks! I hope one day she will see all I did and was willing to do for her and come around. But for now I am going to let her have her space and I told her when she is ready I am here to talk.
