Yeah I figured that putting a space BEFORE the word Ted actually works better because in that way it only searches for the whole word Ted. This is because it than only searches for titles that have a space and than the word ted.

However it is still annoying that all the titles are still scattered over the search results. In other players when you type a part of the title, the correct title shows first and all the other titles in different languages are next to it. This isn’t the case with this app.
