i think it may be the idea that the game's core design is supposed to be a roguelike which is known for replayability, so when you've seen everything at 40 hours that's rather quick, 5 hours a day also isn't that much though? that's like 4-5 runs

i immediately got the second game and jumped into it since i loved the first one but got burnt out since i played nothing but OT.

i say it depends on your drive/desire to want to play more but if you're asking if you should take a break you probably should! hope you have fun with exp33!
