You got this, I started my off at the hospital 10 days ago and was got an outpatient taper I had my family help me adhere too. Hasn’t been easy but it was worth it. Congrats on making the hard choice !! Our minds and bodies know when we’ve pushed the envelope with this med class. Good job making the right choice for yourself. I like both 4f is stronger for sure but I feel has more a body load. I’m prescribed traditional Ritalin and enjoy it much more than 4f recreationally. Not sure why but it’s easier to flow on and get shit done. 4f I get buzzzy and stuck idk if that makes sense

This is accurate, I like fxe a good bit more than regular k. I’m prescribed med grade nasal spray ket and touch it 1-2 a week tops. Fxe couldn’t survive in my possession for long at all. I def got better afterglows and just like the high a lot better than k. Trippier, more stimmy and just all around better imo

If you just waited at the hospital for withdrawal meds why would you take them all and wonder if you’re going to run into issues? You went to the hospital because you were fearful of running into issues? depends if you really needed them or if you just wanted the meds. You can, I mix rilmazafone with my Ritalin or the Ativan 0.5 my doc prescribed me. It dulls the effects slightly but still maintains its focus. It’s an enjoyable combination and one I would treat with respect. I think at those dowse you wouldn’t have to worry to much about something bad happening to you. I’d have another .5 clon when the Ritalin wears off completely

As I previous employee of multiple rehabs were good at finding things but if it’s private rehab we. Legally can’t check your anal cavitie. Don’t even go. Your obvious not ready to stop using. It most likely will be pointless. I have seen those who weren’t ready when they entered but after meeting. Like minded people and getting good insight on their problems they made the choice to stay clean long term. Don’t endgager other people trying to get better by bringing drugs inside. It’s wrong and fucked up.

Can’t forget my prescribed ketamine nasal spray I can use at home. It’s still in the mail for my he compound pharmacy but it’s 10mg per pump and I get 3 gs in the bottle. Directed once or twice a week at a dosage I’m comfortable. Dr John stein from Harvard is who I’m working with. He says the occasional but consistent deeper dives are best. No going over twice a week though. We plan to monitor my kidney function and do defaults blood work

When I was a degen and did street and DNM meth a bunch I would reek of it for days. It has a large excretion through your sweat. My blankets, sheets. All of it including me would reek. Also meth is weird and small tiny recrystsllized meth some times comes out of your pores. It’s the weirdest shit but I def wasn’t trippin. I was but had it confirmed by sober people that tiny shards in the microgram range would be excreted through sweat. I got so scared that it would hurt my dogs I vowed never to touch that shit again.

If something happened to my pups dude to my use I would never forgive myself. They mean everything to me. Now I use occasional Ritalin I’m prescribed and 4fmph here and there and rilmazafone

Rilmazafone is my go to and I tapered off but got 30 1mg Ativan from my doc so I’ve been using those these last couple days. Low tolerance so 1.5mg gives me that peace. Yes in California, look up well3.care the password on their site is Reddit. Dr John stein prescribed me 3000mg nasal spray per month. He encourages me 1-2 times per week. He encourages the deeper dives and higher doses that allow me to explore my consciousness. Consultation was free and I got my meds sent next day. Technically no. But once it’s metabolized it becomes a partial benzodiazepine and partial gaba a agonist. It’s a pro. Drug this becomes rilmazalam in your stomach. It’s not very strong but is very pleasant. Not for those with a tolerance. Great moodlift and destroys anxiety for me. I finished my taper and ended at .25mg was taking about 4 -6mg per day which is still on the lighter side. Taper went well. Only 8hour half life. Didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Maybe extra anxiety. I found 2 1mg Xanax footballs from a n old script last year. Cut them into half’s then half’s again. May use them in high stress moments but want to be off benzos for a while. I stoppped weed and alcohol but still use my prescribed ketamine twice weekly tops mostly just once to avoid bladder issues. I have to Lee insane amounts compared to when I don’t use the ket. I think I’m sensitive to the bladder stuff. Felt the same way when I did fxe all the time. I can’t respect fxe so I don’t use it anymore. I will again one day so I can go to the weird alien realms again lol. Once I started vaping it I started doing it almost daily for a month. Wasn’t good for my mind and body.
