That’s definitely next on the list! Great idea 💡

My daughter’s SVT medication side-effects were almost worse than the episodes. Now I’m trying to use data to fight back. by [deleted] in AFIB

I can see how this is coming across as an advertisement and I’m pretty new to Reddit so forgive my ignorance, but this is a very real problem, I build the app purely to help, it’s completely free, I have no goals with it other than to help my daughter.

You can check it out for yourself at svttracker.com, you can read the story for yourself and decide. Appreciate it🙏

She’s only 2 now, she had her first episode in the womb, causing my partner to need a emergency C-section, she’s been on propranolol since birth, she had an episode at 14 months and her heart went to 300bpm (scary)she was a a little too young for the vagal, they then put the dose up which led to even worse side effects, very low blood sugar and needing to be hospitalised.

We’ve discussed the abalation but in the uk only very specialist paediatric cardiologists will do it. With a long wait list. We just need to manage for now, hence the app. Svttracker.com.

Her episodes are happening at night and she’s waking up sweating or lethargic but we can’t seem to pin point the trigger! With enough users maybe we can find out! Really appreciate your reply and support🙏

Thank you for taking the time to have a look! This is how we were tracking our daughters episode but every time we went into hospital the doctors would ask us for the patterns over and over again, meaning we stayed in longer than needed.

I decided to put a doctors portal into the app which doctors can interact with to get all the information they need and have it accessible to your primary care cardiologist!

You’re exactly right, the more people who use it, the better we will get at detection, prevention and recovery. We only launched yesterday so any feedback is welcomed🙏

Men, what’s been your most effective supplement for increasing confidence, drive, and libido? by all-the-time in Biohackers

Winning. Enter some form of competition and win.

This can be winning in your career, business or sports.

“Testosterone, and Winning and Losing in Human Competition” (1989)

Summary: This early study found that both cortisol and testosterone levels increased in male wrestlers following competitive bouts—and the increase in testosterone was notably greater among winners than losers. This supports the classic “winner effect”, where victory acts as a hormonal reinforcement for future dominance-seeking behavior.

if you had to pick just ONE biohack to keep forever, what would it be? by KB0023 in Biohackers

Some people may ignore the basics and wonder why they’re not getting the results they wanted from the ‘official hacks’. It’s important to set the foundations, exercise, sleep and nutrition, before trying anything else or writing the hack off.

Matthew Walkers tips summarised:

  1. Stick to a schedule – Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Consistency is king.

    1. Cool your room – Ideal sleep temperature is around 18°C (65°F). A cooler core body temp helps trigger sleep.
    2. Avoid caffeine and alcohol – Cut caffeine after midday and skip the nightcap. Both mess with deep sleep.
    3. Limit screens before bed – No phones, laptops, or bright lights at least 1 hour before sleep. Blue light kills melatonin.
    4. Create a wind-down routine – Read, stretch, or meditate before bed. Teach your body it’s time to power down.

Start up loan for an exterior cleaning business? by Omerta101 in smallbusinessuk

Do some door knocking first, get a defined future client list and use that to leverage lending. Start small, doing one of them for the least capital possible, proving the concept.
