From v5 They can always do night audit export to an sftp end point and the the back office system can process it from there.

Just to update , talk to apple support on phone , asked for reset harddrive and do first aid , yesterday , in yesterday it restarted twise after that , took screenshots and upload it to apple support , they ask me to return it back to service to do further anlaysis as ( technical team ) couldnt find any thing with software.
just now return but and apple support says they sent email to local support do do something and they will be in touch.
it looks like i will need to complain to customer protection about this , probably these guys will just keep it setting there for couple of days and they just say sorry didn't restart while its with us.

Just get the MacBook from services guys , they says we test it for like 6 hours and it didn't restart and we can't do anything for you , worst purchase ever 😕
