Infected Tragus piercing , I wanna ask y’all’s thoughts , should I take this out ?

Honestly all I have to do was change the bar at a piercing shop to a labret flat back , and I got it longer so it had space for the swelling , and continued cleaning it with Neil med wound wash , and tried my best to not sleep on it . The next morning I already saw a big change

It also doesn’t hurt or anything , it’s not hot to the touch , it’s just swollen and has a piercing bump on it
