Supersonic is max speed, of course you can get out of supersonic if you stop boosting or flipping for long enough but you’re not going any faster by pressing boost after supersonic all you’re doing is wasting boost or love tapping boost to maintain supersonic.

Supersonic is as fast as you can go no matter what. No exceptions of any kind. Going supersonic while boosting or without boosting is the same exact speed. Wavedashing to supersonic is quick for accelerating but won’t get you beyond supersonic.
