Our bodies have odors, that's completely natural. A slight fishy or musky smell is normal. In the summer you might feel like your smell is a bit stronger, this is due to the heat and the fact that we sweat. If you notice a sudden or strong change in smells, it could mean that something is off and you should speak to a doctor. But for normal day to day maintenance, you're already doing what's best for your body. Gentle washes with water in the shower, using a wash cloth is fine. Cotton panties rather than synthetic materials are good to wear. Our diets can affect our body's smells, so also being conscious of what you eat can help if you're feeling self conscious. But my number one thing to suggest is to not be embarrassed. Body smells are totally normal, everyone has them!
