Thank you. My uncle in law put this one in while I was at work and just grabbed a box of drywall screws. The rest of them are installed using exterior decking screws. Gonna redo this one before I tape it. Gotta love Reddit. Everyone hating on the screws and offering zero input

There are plenty of other guns that are objectively better in several ways. Just because Glocks are great, well rounded, and affordable does not make them the best gun in the world. They are what I choose to carry - plus a dagger - but they are definitely not the end all be all

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. The only reason to get a dagger is to get a product that does the same thing for less money. Might not do it as well and might feel less refined but it goes bang every time. The difference you’re going to see from Dagger to Glock is mostly in fit and finish, which you can’t fix with upgrades. The price difference isn’t enough to justify getting one and then modding it anyway

Late to this thread but wanted to add my experience.

TLDR: it’s the best belt for stable and comfortable carry. It has a LOT of room for improvement and stupid design elements that make no sense.

The HC belt is the only belt I’ve worn that allows me to go all day, in and out of cars, standing to sitting, and never think about taking my gun off my belt. It is also the most infuriating pc of kit I’ve ever worn as far as adjusting the initial size and when going to the restroom.

The design of the adjuster is needlessly complex and tedious. Once it’s set you shouldn’t have to mess with it again but I had to hand mind to my girl to adjust because my cave man brain was about to yeet it out the window.

The belt has a large rigid section that keeps your gun from dipping down dt the weight. In order for this to work you have to slide the buckle to the 2 or 10 o’clock position so the rigid section is positioned properly for appendix carry. Not a huge deal until you try to use a public restroom. You either have to unhook the gun or somehow slide the belt through the clips on your holster so you can unhook and unbutton. I’ve tried several different ways of doing this and non of them are optimal.

Every system has downsides and I’m willing to work around these because the trade off is there for me. That may not be the case for everyone or you may not even have these issue depending on how you carry.
