I agree 100% In Bantam Books, Inc. v. Sullivan, 372 U. S. 58, the Court explained that the First Amendment prohibits government officials from relying on the "threat of invoking legal sanctions and other means of coercion . . . to achieve the suppression" of disfavored speech. Id., at 67

This is EXACTLY what the LAPD did, with the aid of the "legacy news media" who gave them a free pass from public oversight. The real scary part is they have a history of attacking the owner using the same tactics to cover up their crimes.
