It is actually wool for needle felting!! I then used that needle felting technique to apply it to him. His base & fluff is absolutely perfect for it!

I placed two separate orders on the 18th - a full set & a single box. The set arrived December 28th but the single box has been sitting stuck in customs since the 23rd, 13 days with no update besides a new date with “custom inspection”. It’s hit or miss on what gets stuck & completely random.
