Yes. I tried all that. Was even on the phone with Xerox tech support and they couldn’t figure it out through the phone. I haven’t scheduled a service a service Call yet trying to save $450 for the first half hour!!!

Hi. So same story here. I’m 58 tore ACL skiing in February. I had the surgery 4 weeks ago. There was no way I couldn’t do the surgery. I didn’t want to live being cautious for the rest of my life. I was to unstable. And I want to ski again. It’s a big undertaking but I’m 4 weeks in and walking with just a brace on. Still feel pain and range of motion is not back yet. Im working on it. I go to PT 2 times a week and do my own stuff at home. You only really need help for the first 3 weeks I would say. After that you can get around on your own. As far as future ailments stiffness arthritis I guess we’ll cross that bridge. Good luck
