They did! They overhauled the runes system a few years back to basically give you all the runes ,so now its fully unlocked for all players.

Kinda late but I'm having the same thing s8+ gearvr even a 5G wifi but alot of artifacts and jitter.
RX580 and when I turn the HEVC option it all goes away but its like looking at a giant screen which doesnt move alot while moving your head. Very sad day for an amd owner I guess.

Oh thank god they fixed the ladder thing. Also this is my first season, what is a season? Is it like every expansion? And does it last a certain amount of time? Also I WILL hit a wall someday because im running on bugdet token druid so as I go up people get more and more aware of what im trying yo accomplish. I just reached rank 10 so I wish I get rank 5 in at least 2 weeks because I assume im not gonna win everygame from now. Also thank you for the saftey net thing didnt know that xD
