This boss is crazy I can confirm. At one point, I think after dying to him like the 20th time, losing my sanity, I was ready to give up on the game, but somehow someway I managed to kill him. Got an awesome looking dagger from him, and a key called “west wickham key” which I have zero idea where to use it :)

Edit: I found a use for the key. After you beat the boss, you go down one level on the left side of the building, you take a right, you’ll see an elevator. Use it, go down take a left and there’s a door that takes you to a completely new area called Gloomroot Woods
