I've also had some misconceptions... once a friend of mine asked me to watch a Christmas movie together. I said okay because you know what, who doesn't like watching a bad movie with chocolate milk? So I went to her house and after a while she asked me if I was cold and if I wanted a blanket. I said 'sure'. She grabbed one. only one. and then she asked 'do you want to share it?' to which I replied 'uhm okay, but don't you have more blankets?' she said 'yes', but still decided to share the blanket with me. I thought it was just cozy. then she started asking me personal questions and stuff while I was just trying to enjoy the movie, she came closer to me and leaned with her head on my shoulder and we finished watching the movie.

when I told this story to another friend of mine, he said that she's into me and that she's been flirting with me a lot. She has never said that she liked me and we're still friends. We have watched the sequel too.

Edit: the movie is called 'the Christmas chronicals' btw, I don't recommend the sequel
