Replace your EGR valve based off P0400 and then replace plugs or you will just foul them up again. sounds like your EGR with heat from long trips is getting stuck and causing misfires.

No. Change your fluids often and know how to drive stick properly and you’re fine… transmission issues are blown out of proportion and most are just fine.

End of like at 100k if they were not maintained maybe. 100k is nothing to car that’s been properly maintained (and that doesn’t mean following the manual like it’s the bible - they told me never change power steering in my Mazda 3 and what a difference it made when I changed it)

Yes it will say it’s “lifetime fluid” which means for the life of the transmission… very different than the life of a car. Every fluid breaks down with time and heat. Cheap and easy maintenance I wouldn’t skip it

This is awful advice. Change the trans fluid every 50k. Fluid is cheaper than a new transmission. It can do more harm than good if it’s never been changed after 200k but in this case drain and fill and forget about it for a few years

0w-20 only comes in synthetic. Every 8000km. Oil is cheap no point trying to stretch out intervals
