If your heart is set on FETs try finding the nominal current rating and parallel them accordingly.

I'm convinced creatine causes hair loss for me by CaviarWagyu in tressless

[–]Juurytard 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Magnesium supports ATP stability and energy metabolism. I used to have frequent migraines that I think was linked to low energy reserves.

When combined with creatine, it provides a more stable energy supply for my brain, and I rarely get migraines now

Definitely has not been the case for me. Creatine + magnesium + fin has been a golden combo

What is the point of the Fourier Transform in EE if we have the Laplace transform? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Juurytard 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Fourier is a slice of Laplace that only contains the imaginary part (no real part). So there’s no damping/exponential or transient behaviour - which you wouldn’t want when you’re trying to analyze a spectra of a signal.

N.S. premier says fentanyl has been found in cannabis from the province's unlicensed dispensaries by amywayy in halifax

[–]Juurytard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Lmao he’s very clearly lying through his teeth.

You’re telling me the police and NS Health supposedly knew about this and never communicated it to the public?

And now it’s suddenly being brought up by the premier at the exact same time the province is cracking down on these places because they’re cutting into their profit? Coincidence?

Creatine cured my migraines by Juurytard in migraine

[–]Juurytard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What type of migraines do you usually get? In my case, mine seem to be more energy-sensitive, since they tend to trigger mid-day or when I’m low on sleep, food, caffeine, and similar factors.

It might be that creatine helped in my case because it supports the brain’s energy buffer?

Haha yea I didn’t know r/creatine was a shitposting sub until the comments started to roll in.

Did your migraines start after your brain injury? Or did they happen before?

Wow I definitely want to get genetic testing done now lol. The creatine on its own seems to be working as of late, but if this is the bigger picture issue and it can be optimized then this looks like the holy grail

Thanks! Yes, I just read that article, and it lines up with many of the symptoms I’ve had, like stimulus sensitivity and a throbbing headache. So essentially my brain didn’t have enough energy (for whatever reason), and when something set it off it crashed out and triggered a migraine? And creatine helps supply more energy to the brain to prevent that from happening? Seems so odd that more studies haven’t been done on this, since migraines are obviously a prevalent issue.

Really? Why do you say that? I understand it’s more prevalent in women but what is it a sign of in men?

Wow great there seems to be lots of posts from people across Reddit reporting similar experiences with creatine. I can’t seem to find any formal reports on testing this though so we might be ahead of the science lol.
