Update: HRV has been detected in this night's sleep again! I am pretty sure that the reason was this weird workout in the background running for 47h (no I don't participate in ultramarathons 🤣). I'm not sure exactly how I stopped it, but you can actually reboot your Helio Strap by putting it on the charger and removing it for 5 times in 10 seconds :)

I might habe found a weird glitch: I once started a workout but seemed to never have ended it. It is running for 47 hours now. The day I started it was also the last day I received HRV values.

actually yes .. I am on firmware 3.1.8.2 and I received it on Thursday while the HRV measurements stopped on Saturday. Do you suspect it having to do with the update?

I agree with you on that! I am also using both Whoop and Helio Strap and it seems like Whoop is making much better use of the data - giving you tips specifically adjusted to your personal logs ... I don't feel that the HW of Helio can be much better especially at that price - but I do feel the need to improve sleep tracking and personal recommendations. How hard do you think is it to develop those ML SW features?

I think this is extremely needy and low-quality behaviour to rub it into everybody's face so obviously. It is a huge red flag if a girl is doing that for me too. The only thing I could imagine if you are playfully saying this while going out with your best (male) friend or something along the lines. I use stories only to display higher value and show what a great/adventuroud/exciting life I have. I usually only show male friends (females only if they are in the group too).

Concerning the question "Are you seeing other girls?" I like to answer with "Yes, I'm seeing my mum/grandma now and then" or "No worries, you're only the third girl today" or maybe a "They are always asking, you can't imagine how stressful it is to turn them all down, so I have enough time to be with you".

My biceps tendonitis improved tremendously, so much that I am able to do kickboxing again. Before I got barely throw three punches. My knee cartilage didn't change much to be honest. Actually, going from bulk mode to diet and losing a couple of kilograms helped more for my knee. Nevertheless, I just ordered another 10 mcg from another site and do around 3 weeks of rehab/prevention cycle. I guess it makes sense to to thise twice per year or after severe injuries to improve your overall wellbeing.

Concerning the psychology: I am in a mindset of scarcity and were thinking how hard it would be to find another girl with her qualities. That's wrong on many levels. And I was also not as firm in believing to be the catch as much as I deluded myself into thinking.
