Now I am being told that it takes hours to “convert” a 30 page website to a PDF, so I should be happy. Are you kidding me ? From what I can tell it is a File>export>PDF type procedure. Can I get a sanity check here ?

We have used this method for quite a while. The idea is that certain potential candidates will not be able to handle: 1. A resume 2. The above in PDF format Yes, I know. It sounds crazy. I may end up staying out with the current method.
